  • Zorgen dat medewerkers zich welkom voelen, weten waar ze staan en zich kunnen blijven ontwikkelen.
  • Meedenken over employer branding en kandidaatservaring vóór de eerste werkdag.
  • Ondersteunen van opleidingsinitiatieven.
  • Ontwikkelingsbehoeften van medewerkers opvolgen.
  • Feedback vertalen naar concrete acties voor medewerkers en teams.
  • Aanspreekpunt zijn voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden.
  • Ondersteunen bij gesprekken en HR-processen.

  • Nauw samenwerken met leidinggevenden.

  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in HR en beschikt over goede HR-kennis.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Engels en voelt je comfortabel tussen medewerkers op de werkvloer.
  • Je bent hands-on, neemt initiatief en wacht niet tot iemand je zegt wat te doen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en gaat vertrouwelijk om met informatie.
  • Je wilt aan de slag in een voltijdse functie of 4/5de.
