About the Job
Om onze verdere groei te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een technisch sterke en ervaren Spuitgieter / Injection Moulding Specialist die zelfstandig processen beheerst en actief meedenkt over kwaliteit en optimalisatie.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als spuitgier:
- Als specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige spuitgietproces en fungeer je als technische spil op de werkvloer:
- Zelfstandig instellen, opstarten en vrijgeven van spuitgietprocessen
- Optimaliseren en bijsturen van procesparameters
- Analyseren en oplossen van kwaliteitsafwijkingen
- Bewaken van processtabiliteit en consistente productkwaliteit
- Technische ondersteuning bij proefspuitingen en nieuwe productopstarten
- Nauwe samenwerking met de afdelingen kwaliteit en onderhoud
Your Profile
Jouw technisch profiel als spuitgieter:
- Aantoonbare en doorgedreven ervaring als spuitgieter / injection moulding specialist
- Grondige kennis van thermoplastische materialen
- Ervaring met matrijzen, hotrunners en randapparatuur
- Je kan processen zelfstandig beoordelen, optimaliseren en bijregelen
- Technische opleiding in kunststofverwerking, elektromechanica of mechanicaof gelijkwaardig door ruime praktijkervaring
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als spuitgieter / procesoperator injection moulding
- Zelfstandig kunnen opstarten, ombouwen en optimaliseren van spuitgietprocessen
- Diepgaande kennis van procesparameters, materialen en matrijzen
- Ervaring met Arburg, BMB en Stork spuitgietmachines
