Voor een sterke HR-speler gericht op de horecasector zoeken we een Accountmanager voor regio Oost-Vlaanderen. Geen harde sales of agressieve verkoop, maar écht relaties opbouwen en klanten begeleiden.
Wat ga je doen?
- Nieuwe klanten aantrekken
- Prospecteren via telefoon én klantenbezoeken
- Zelf je agenda en afspraken beheren
- Vertrouwen opbouwen en lange termijnrelaties creëren
- Wekelijks deelnemen aan gezamenlijke belmomenten met collega’s
- Je focus ligt vooral op hunting: nieuwe connecties leggen en opportuniteiten spotten.
Your Profile
Wie ben jij?
- Eerste ervaring in sales, bij voorkeur in de dienstensector.
- Affiniteit met sociale wetgeving/arbeidsrecht én de horeca
- Vlot Nederlands spreken
- Sterk in communicatie en makkelijk in contact met mensen
- Leergierig en klaar voor een grondige opleiding van 6 à 7 weken
- Bereid om 1 week op 10 wachtdienst te doen
