Als Recruiter ben jij dé motor achter het aantrekken, selecteren en aanwerven van talent voor meerdere Belgische vestigingen Je neemt ownership over het volledige rekruteringsproces, van intake tot onboarding, en zorgt voor een sterke candidate experience.
Wat ga jij doen?
- Je beheert het volledige rekruteringsproces van intake tot contractvoorstel.
- Je sourcet actief (technisch) talent via diverse kanalen en netwerken.
- Je voert interviews en stemt selectieprocessen af met hiring managers.
- Je zorgt voor een warme onboarding en opvolging van nieuwe medewerkers.
- Je bouwt mee aan employer branding (campus recruitment, jobbeurzen, social media).
- Je bewaakt de administratieve opvolging en rapporteert over rekruteringscijfers.
Your Profile
- Bachelor of Master in HRM, Psychologie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in rekrutering (ervaring met technische profielen is een sterke plus)
- Sterk communicator in Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en zelfstandig
- Sociale media hebben voor jou geen geheimen
- Ervaring met een ATS is een plus
- Flexibel om te werken vanuit verschillende vestigingen in België
