Wat ga je doen?
- Algemene administratieve ondersteuning bieden aan de boekhouding
- Verwerking van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen (THC & demurrage/detention)
- Opmaken van creditnota’s en versturen van verkoopfacturen
- Klaarzetten van betalingen in het systeem
- Opkuis van leveranciersgegevens in het systeem
- Opladen van aankoopfacturen in ExFlow
- Verwerken van journaalposten en diverse boekingen
- Onthaal
Your Profile
- Basiskennis van boekhuden is een must
- Nauwkeurig, met een scherp oog voor detail
- Cijfermatig en administratief sterk en analytisch ingesteld
- Collegiaal, maar ook proactief: je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen
- Sociaal: je weet hoe je mensen op een beleefde manier kan ontvangen (face-to-face, maar ook telefonisch)
- Talenknobbel: Nederlands en Engels zijn een must, Frans is een plus
- Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel
