About the Job
Voor een sterk groeiende organisatie in de mobiliteitssector zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Accounts Receivable Officer om het finance team te versterken in Kontich.
Als Accounts Receivable Officer zorg jij mee voor een correcte en vlotte financiële administratie. Jij:
- volgt openstaande facturen en betalingen van klanten nauwgezet op
- detecteert achterstallige betalingen en onderneemt proactief actie
- ondersteunt bij rapportages en maandelijkse afsluitingen
- staat klanten te woord voor vragen, herinneringen of betalingsproblemen
- werkt nauw samen met andere interne afdelingen om een efficiënte workflow te garanderen
Your Profile
- Je communiceert vlot, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, in het Nederlands; kennis van Frans is een plus.
- Je hebt kennis van boekhouding; een financiële opleiding is een troef.
- Je beschikt over minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie (credit control, debiteurenbeheer …).
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, hebt een kritische blik en oog voor detail.
- Je bent sociaalvaardig en weet professioneel met klanten om te gaan.
- Je hebt een proactieve houding en kunt zelfstandig werken.
- Je bent vertrouwd met boekhoudsoftware en hebt een goede kennis van MS Office, vooral Excel.
