Unique Office Waregem is op zoek naar een Sales Manager voor een bedrijf in Wielsbeke.
Jouw takenpakket als Sales Manager :
- Verwerken en opvolgen van klantorders op een correcte en tijdige manier
- Opvolgen van leveringen, planning en belangrijke mijlpalen
- Beantwoorden van klantenvragen rond producten, bestellingen en leveringen
- Nauwe samenwerking met sales en andere interne afdelingen
- Administratieve ondersteuning van sales, o.a.:
- exportlicenties
- documentaire kredieten
- contractbeheer
- Facturatie en opvolging van betalingen
- Opmaken, nakijken en opvolgen van offertes
Your Profile
Wat verwachten wij van jou?
- Minstens een bachelor diploma
- Zeer goede kennis van MS Office
- Ervaring met een ERP-systeem is een plus
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden met interne en externe contacten
- Nederlands en Engels zeer goed
- Kennis van Frans, Spaans en/of Duits is een sterke meerwaarde
- Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
- Hands-on ingesteld en oplossingsgericht
- Je voelt je goed in een matrixorganisatie
