Als Customer Service Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je helpt hen verder met vragen, klachten en bestellingen en zorgt telkens voor een vlotte en positieve ervaring.
Jouw taken
- Beantwoorden van telefoons, e-mails en chatberichten van klanten
- Adviseren over producten, diensten en bestellingen
- Registreren en opvolgen van dossiers in het CRM-systeem
- Signaleren van terugkerende problemen en meedenken over verbeteringen
- Samenwerken met interne teams zoals sales, logistiek en backoffice
- Klachten op een professionele en klantvriendelijke manier behandelen
Your Profile
Wat breng jij mee?
- Minimaal een afgeronde middelbare schoolopleiding; een commerciële of administratieve richting is een plus
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Je bent klantgericht, oplossingsgericht en blijft kalm in stressvolle situaties
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Ervaring in een customer service-omgeving is een troef, maar niet verplicht
- Je kan vlot werken met computers en leert snel nieuwe systemen aan

TSO Technisch Secundair Onderwijs/A2
