About the Job
Voor een bedrijf in de regio Gent zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Customer Service Medewerker die snel kan opstarten.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Beheer van klantendossiers
- Verwerken van orders (Benelux en export)
- Coördinatie van interne transfers
- Opvolgen van logistieke processen
- Administratieve ondersteuning binnen het customer service-proces
Your Profile
Jouw profiel:
- Bachelor of graduaat met relevante ervaring
- Ervaring is een must
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Je bent snel weg met MS Office en andere tools
- Communicatief, sociaal en flexibel
- Je voelt je goed in tijdelijke en wisselende omgevingen
- Consultancy is een bewuste keuze voor jou
- Je wil tot 45 minuten rond je woonplaats rijden
