About the Job
Een innovatieve onderzoeksorganisatie actief in de textiel- en kunststofsector is op zoek naar een onderzoeker met expertise in polymeren. In deze rol werk je mee aan onderzoek en ontwikkeling van duurzame materialen, processen en toepassingen voor industriële partners.
Functieomschrijving:
- Onderzoek en ontwikkeling van materialen, processen en producten voor de textiel- en kunststofsector
- Uitvoeren van nationale en internationale onderzoeksprojecten onder begeleiding van een R&D-manager of senior onderzoeker
- Creatief ontwikkelen van nieuwe technologieën en testmethoden
- Analyseren en interpreteren van proefresultaten en formuleren van vervolgacties
- Technische ondersteuning bieden aan laboranten tijdens de uitvoering van projecten
- Opvolgen van technologische ontwikkelingen binnen de sector en bijdragen aan nieuwe onderzoeksinitiatieven
- Uitvoeren en begeleiden van industriële projecten voor bedrijven
- Technische ondersteuning verlenen aan partners
- Bijdragen aan de verspreiding en valorisatie van onderzoeksresultaten en deelnemen aan communicatieactiviteiten binnen projecten
Your Profile
Profiel
- Master- of doctoraatsdiploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
- Ervaring met textiel- of kunststofverwerking is een pluspunt
- Praktisch ingesteld en goed georganiseerd bij het voorbereiden en uitvoeren van onderzoeksprojecten
- Nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en met zin voor initiatief
- Sterk analytisch vermogen voor het interpreteren van wetenschappelijke gegevens en resultaten
- Administratief sterk voor een correcte opvolging van projectbeheer
- Communicatief en vlot in een internationale context
- Bereid om buitenlandse verplaatsingen te maken
- Ondernemend, creatief en nieuwsgierig
- Teamspeler met goede sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden
- Vlotte kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling
