Unique Office Waregem kijkt uit naar een Logistiek Medewerker voor een bedrijf in Wielsbeke.
In deze afwisselende administratieve functie maak je écht een verschil. Je komt terecht in een warm, familiaal bedrijf waar jouw initiatief telt, je nauw samenwerkt met verschillende teams en je elke dag ziet wat jouw werk oplevert. Geen nummer, maar een onmisbare schakel.
Wat zal je concreet doen als Logistiek Medewerker?
- Je werkt dagelijks samen met 4 à 5 Europese leveranciers, waaronder Italië.
- Je print en verwerkt pickingbons en volgt op of alles tijdig klaarstaat voor verzending.
- Je regelt uitgaande transporten, voornamelijk via GLS.
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor vragen rond leveringen, transportproblemen of logistieke issues vanuit het salesteam.
- Je ondersteunt met administratieve taken zoals data-cleaning (bv. dubbele fiches verwijderen), beheer van het platform met collecties en basiswerk in Excel.

Wat voor Logistiek Medewerker ben jij?
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Engels en een goede kennis van het Frans. Kennis van het Italiaans is een pluspunt.
- Je beschikt over basiskennis van Excel.
- Je hebt een kritische blik, je werkt efficiënt en je denkt proactief mee.
- Je bent assertief en hebt een sterk karakter: je durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en beslissingen te maken.
