Jouw rol
Samen met een ervaren en gedreven team zorg je ervoor dat onze transportactiviteiten vlot en efficiënt verlopen. Jij houdt het overzicht en stuurt bij waar nodig. Tot jouw taken behoren onder andere:
- Dagelijkse opvolging en aansturing van chauffeurs
- Planning en communicatie van laad-, los- en spoelprocedures via het ERP-systeem
- Actief bijsturen en optimaliseren van de planning bij wijzigingen of onverwachte situaties
- Afstemming van onderhoud en herstellingen met de interne garage en externe partners
- Onderhouden van nauwe contacten met collega’s, chauffeurs en externe partners
Ook gemotiveerde junior profielen met de juiste mindset zijn welkom om te solliciteren.

Jouw profiel
- Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of hebt gelijkwaardige, relevante ervaring
- Je hebt een sterk organisatorisch inzicht en kan snel schakelen
- Je denkt oplossingsgericht en blijft stressbestendig in een dynamische omgeving
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Je bent een flexibele, leergierige teamplayer
