Unique Office Waregem is op zoek naar een IT Specialist voor een bedrijf in Waregem.
jouw takenpakket als IT Specialist :
- Je ondersteunt software-implementaties en integraties (Business Central, CRM, logistieke tools) en test nieuwe functionaliteiten voor livegang.
- Je verzorgt interne IT-communicatie, geeft opleidingen (BC, WMS, nieuwe tools, cybersecurity) en maakt duidelijke handleidingen en procedures.
- Je stelt heldere IT-rapportages op over gebruik, incidenten en security.
- Je werkt actief mee aan digitalisering en procesoptimalisatie binnen de organisatie.
- Je helpt bij de implementatie en verfijning van AI-toepassingen.
- Je ondersteunt je collega bij dagelijks IT-beheer, systeemoptimalisatie, security en strategische IT-projecten.
Your Profile
Wat verwachten wij van jou?
- Basiskennis van ERP-, WMS- en CRM-systemen (kennis van Business Central is een plus).
- Inzicht in netwerken, cybersecurity en Microsoft-omgevingen.
- Ervaring met IT-projectmanagement en change management.
- Analytisch, georganiseerd en oplossingsgericht in je aanpak.
- Communicatief sterk, zowel met technische als niet-technische collega’s.
- Proactief, zelfstandig en in staat om strategie mee uit te tekenen.
- Iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt.
- Je drukt je vlot uit in Nederlands en Engels; Frans en Duits zijn mooi meegenomen.
