What does a Process Operator ?
Quality responsibility – You ensure the optimal production of high-quality reactivated carbon by precisely adjusting process parameters to maintain excellent production output.
Operational responsibility – You start up, operate, monitor, and shut down various technical installations to ensure uninterrupted production.
Problem-solving – When technical malfunctions occur, you analyze the cause and perform necessary repairs or adjustments to maintain production efficiency.
Process optimization – You actively contribute ideas for improvements to enhance efficiency and sustainability in production processes.
Forklift operation – You will use a forklift for various tasks, ensuring a smooth and safe production process.

You will join a fantastic team of technical operators and forklift drivers in Rumbeke, reporting directly to your team lead.
Your Profile
Who Are We Looking For?
- A strong technical background (mechanics, electricity, etc.) and a passion for technology and innovation.
- Fluent in English and/or Dutch.
- Forklift certification required.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills – You can quickly detect and resolve technical issues.
- Hands-on mentality – You are proactive and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
- Team player – You can work well in a team but are also capable of working independently.
- Flexibility – Willing to work in a shift system.
- Safety-conscious – You always prioritize safety and strictly follow procedures.
