About the Job
Ben jij een enthousiaste operator met passie voor ontbijtgranen? Unique zoekt een getalenteerde operator nacht voor onze klant regio Roeselare
Wat zal je doen?
- Je ben verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig opstarten, instellen, bijregelen en ombouwen van de productielijnen. Als ovenoperator voer je grondstoffen, garnituren en andere ingrediënten aan, en maak je ontbijtgranen op basis van recepturen. Je start machines op, volgt de productie van nabij en stuurt bij waar nodig. Je komt tussen bij technische storingen.
- Bij vragen of problemen kan je steeds rekenen op de ploegleiding, technische dienst en/of kwaliteitscontroleurs.
- Kwaliteit, veiligheid, maar ook orde en netheid op de werkplek zijn belangrijk voor jou als operator. Je bent een rolmodel en leeft alle afspraken inzake veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu steeds strikt na. Je zorgt als operator voor een vlotte ploegoverdracht en je rapporteert aan de meestergast van jouw ploeg.

Voldoe je verder ook aan deze criteria voor de job van operator?
- A2 diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Ervaring als operator / machinebediener in een productieomgeving is sterk aangewezen
- Technische feeling en vlotte omgang met computergestuurde machines
- Stressbestendig, coördinatietalent, resultaat- en teamgericht
- Bereidheid om in een vaste nachtploeg te werken (ma-vr) in een productieomgeving
Belangrijk zijn uiteraard ook je motivatie en inzet. En vooral … We love cereals !
