About the Job
Voor een onderneming in volle goeie te Oostkamp in de voedingsindustrie, zijn we op zoek naar een supervisor - teamleader (training intern wordt volledig voorzien!).
Wat zijn jouw taken?
- Je biedt ondersteuning aan een team van een 10-tal personen.
- Je verzorgt de dagelijks opvolging van je team en stuurt bij waar nodig.
- Je staat in voor de wekelijkse personeelsplanning naargelang productie
- Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid inzake naleving van hygiëne-regels
- Je denkt actief en pro-actief mee over verbeteringsprocessen binnen jouw afdeling
- Je draait uiteraard ook zelf mee op de productievloer
Your Profile
Wie zoeken wij?
- Je bent een people-persoon, coaching en motivatie zitten in je bloed.
- Je bent communicatief ingesteld, durft zaken te benoemen.op een respectvolle manier.
- Je hebt een min ervaring van 5 jaar als teamleader bij voorkeur in de voedingssector
- Bachelorniveau
- Je bent punctueel, ondernemend en resultaatgericht
- Je hebt oog voor vernieuwing en optimalisatie van bestaande systemen
- Je kan je professioneel uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Engels, andere talen zijn een plus.
- U geraakt zelfstandig in Oostkamp
