About the Job
Wat ga je doen?
Als ervaren CNC-frezer sta je samen met je collega’s in voor het zelfstandig instellen en bedienen van CNC-gestuurde freesmachines. Je vormt een cruciale schakel in het productieproces. In het high-tech-freescentrum geef je vorm aan kleine reeksen van zeer complexe alu-delen. Je controleert zelf de kwaliteit van de gefreesde delen en geeft voorstellen om de kwaliteit te verbeteren of programma’s te optimaliseren.

Wie ben jij?
- Je genoot een opleiding A2-(elektro)mechanica of je kunt een gelijkwaardige ervaring voorleggen.
- Het zelfstandig instellen en bedienen van CNC-gestuurde freesmachines vormt voor jou geen probleem.
- Je bent vertrouwd met het lezen van CNC-programma’s of bent bereid dit aan te leren.
- Ervaring met het lezen van mechanische tekeningen en een grondige kennis van meettechnieken is noodzakelijk.
- Je bent bereid in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken.
- Je werkt dynamisch, nauwkeurig, methodisch en met oog voor kwaliteit, orde en netheid.
- Je vindt het een uitdaging om met nieuwe hightech apparatuur te kunnen werken.
