About the Job
Als ERP Support Medewerker ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor collega’s die vragen hebben over ons ERP-systeem. Jij zorgt ervoor dat zij het systeem optimaal gebruiken, zodat onze productie-, administratie- en logistieke processen vlot en foutloos verlopen.
Jouw takenpakket:
- Registreren en opvolgen van vragen over het ERP-systeem en gerelateerde tools (via telefoon, e-mail of ticketsysteem).
- Analyseren en oplossen van eerstelijnsproblemen, of escaleren naar de juiste tweedelijnsondersteuning.
- Documenteren van oplossingen en actief bijdragen aan kennisdeling.
- Meedenken over structurele verbeteringen en een betere gebruikerservaring.
- Fungeren als brug tussen gebruikers, verschillende sites en operationele teams binnen het bedrijf
Your Profile
Wie ben jij?
- Starter of eerste ervaring in administratie of IT-support.
- Gestructureerd, leergierig en oplossingsgericht.
- Communicatief sterk en klantvriendelijk, ook onder lichte druk.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels; basis Frans of Duits is een plus.
- Affiniteit met ERP-systemen (zoals CERM) of de grafische sector? Mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.
