  • Opstellen van kostprijsberekeningen en offertes.
  • Inschatten van materialen, werkuren en middelen + werfbezoeken.
  • Voorbereiden van projecten: technische info verzamelen, documenten opmaken, materialen oplijsten.
  • Inkoop & logistiek: bestellingen plaatsen, leveringen opvolgen, contacten met leveranciers.
  • Ondersteunen van uitvoering via werfopvolging en kwaliteitscontrole.
  • Nacalculatie en optimaliseren van budgetten en processen.
  • Administratie: projectdossiers, steekkaarten en kostprijspunten bijhouden.
  • Staffwerk, gipslijsten, ornamenten, restauratiepleisterwerk en voorbereidende droogbouw.
  • Platte en hellende daken, renovaties, herstellingen en kleine constructieve aanpassingen.

  • Ervaring als calculator, werkvoorbereider of technisch administratief profiel in de bouw.Technisch inzicht (ervaring met dakwerken of restauratie is een plus).
  • Nauwkeurig, analytisch, communicatief en organisatorisch sterk.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en overzicht bewaren.
