Unique Office Waregem is op zoek naar een Service Advisor voor een bedrijf in Waregem.

Jouw takenpakket als Service Advisor :

  • Opstellen en administratief verwerken van bestekken voor schade- en ongevalwagens
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van dossiers richting experten en verzekeringen
  • Correct inplannen van herstellingen en opvolgen van de voortgang
  • Bestellen van onderdelen, werk- en verbruiksmaterialen
  • Ontvangen van klanten en duidelijk communiceren over verloop en timing
  • Opvolgen van kwaliteit en efficiëntie van de herstelwerken
  • Volledige administratieve afhandeling van dossiers tot facturatie
  • Beheer van telefoon en inbox van de site
  • Ondersteuning bieden in de carrosseriewerkplaats waar nodig

  • Zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en stressbestendig
  • In staat om meerdere dossiers tegelijk te beheren
  • Flexibel in taken en verantwoordelijkheden
