- Contacter des clients et prospects afin de planifier des rendez-vous (95 % d’appels téléphoniques)
- Mettre à jour la base de données et vérifier les informations
- Assurer le traitement administratif des documents pour l’équipe commerciale
- Fournir quotidiennement deux agendas qualitatifs
- Apporter un soutien efficace à l’équipe Sales
- Assurer une gestion correcte des secteurs commerciaux

Qui êtes-vous en tant qu’agent(e) de call center ?
- Vous avez une fibre commerciale
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le néerlandais
- Vous avez une personnalité assertive et communicative
- Vous êtes résistant(e) au stress
- Une première expérience n’est pas requise, la motivation et l’attitude sont essentielles
