Wat ga je doen?
Als administratief bediende vervul je een allround rol binnen ons bedrijf. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, techniekers en interne medewerkers. We zoeken iemand die zelfstandig kan werken, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en snel kan schakelen. Geen enkele dag is dezelfde.
- Telefonisch contact met klanten en leveranciers
- Ondersteuning bieden aan techniekers en interne medewerkers
- Algemene administratieve opvolging en verwerking zoals offertes, facturen, planning van de dienst na verkoop,...
- Werken met Microsoft Office (Word en Excel) en SAP
- Mee zorgen voor een vlotte interne en externe communicatie
Your Profile
Wie ben jij?
- Je beschikt over een bachelor-denkniveau (bij voorkeur in een administratieve of economische richting)
- Je bent tweetalig: Nederlands en Frans (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk)
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent communicatief sterk
- Je kan volledig zelfstandig werken
- Je bent flexibel en houdt van een gevarieerde job
- Je kan vlot overweg met Word en Excel
