Jouw rol
Als financieel en administratief medewerker speel je een cruciale rol binnen onze organisatie. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden bestaan onder meer uit:
- Controle en verwerking van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen
- Ondersteuning van de boekhouding (inboeken, voorbereiden van dossiers, opvolging)
- Opvolging van betalingen en financiële stromen
- Algemene administratieve ondersteuning van het team
- Mee waken over efficiënte en correcte interne processen

Your Profile
Jouw profiel
- Je beschikt over een opleiding of relevante ervaring binnen administratie en/of boekhouding
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig
- Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
- Je gaat discreet en betrouwbaar om met vertrouwelijke informatie
- Je kan vlot werken met Excel en administratieve software
- Ervaring binnen de bouwsector is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste
