About the Job

Voor een toonaangevende B2B-organisatie zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Digital Marketeer die digitale groei versnelt via Account-Based Marketing (ABM) en performante SEO- en SEA-strategieën. In deze rol ligt de focus op het structureel verhogen van de kwaliteit en het volume van marketing qualified leads (MQL’s) en het versterken van de digitale merkpositie binnen een complexe B2B-omgeving.

Je werkt nauw samen met sales en vertaalt strategische doelstellingen naar datagedreven digitale campagnes met meetbare impact op pipeline en omzet.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Marketeer:

  • Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van een digitale demand generation strategie met sterke focus op ABM
  • Opzetten en beheren van account-based campagnes op basis van ICP- en target account selectie
  • Volledig beheer van SEO- en SEA-activiteiten: zoekwoordstrategie, campagnes, remarketing en conversietracking
  • End-to-end beheer van paid campagnes (primair LinkedIn Ads, aangevuld met andere kanalen waar relevant)
  • Opstellen en beheren van een rolling campagneplanning (3–6 maanden) inclusief KPI’s, budget en meetplan
  • Optimaliseren van conversiepaden via CRO en A/B-testing op landingpages en formulieren
  • Inrichten en optimaliseren van marketing automation en lead nurturing flows (MQL → SQL)
  • Geavanceerd gebruik van marketing analytics en tracking (o.a. UTM-structuur, campagne-attributie, dashboards)
  • Creëren van overtuigende B2B-copy afgestemd op verschillende persona’s en decision makers
  • Nauwe afstemming met sales rond leaddefinities, opvolging en feedback
  • Analyseren en consolideren van data uit verschillende bronnen ter ondersteuning van targeting en rapportering
  • Hergebruik en doorvertaling van bestaande content (zoals events of klantcases) naar always-on digitale assets

Your Profile

 

Jouw profiel als Account Based Marketeer: 

  • Minstens enkele jaren relevante ervaring in B2B digital marketing of demand generation
  • Aantoonbare expertise in Account-Based Marketing
  • Sterke hands-on ervaring met SEO en SEA (search, remarketing, conversiemeting)
  • Ervaring met paid social advertising, bij voorkeur LinkedIn Ads in een B2B-context
  • Analytisch sterk en vertrouwd met marketingdata, dashboards en rapportering
  • Ervaring met marketing automation en CRM-/sales alignment is een plus
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en commerciële mindset
  • Vlot in Nederlands, Frans en Engels
