Ben jij sterk in productthinking én marketingstrategie? Voor een internationale speler in Ham, actief in de bouw- en industriesector zoeken we een Product & Trade Marketing Manager. Je krijgt veel autonomie, werkt nauw samen met marketing en sales én komt terecht in een rol met impact, waarin jij het verschil maakt tussen idee en succesvolle marktintroductie.
Wat ga je doen?
- Analyseren van marktpotentieel en concurrentiekracht van producten via kosten-batenanalyses
- Ontwikkelen van product- en marktconcepten in lijn met de distributiestrategie
- Coördineren van productlanceringen en marketingcampagnes
- Vertalen van marketingstrategieën naar concrete, meetbare acties per regio
- Input geven voor promotioneel materiaal en content
- Monitoren van resultaten via KPI’s, verkoopdata en campagnerapporten
- Fungeren als spilfiguur tussen marketing, sales en andere interne teams
Your Profile
Wie ben jij?
- Hoger diploma in marketing, commerciële economie of bedrijfskunde
- Technisch en economisch inzicht; kennis van de bouwwereld is een grote plus
- Ondernemend, hands-on en vlot in samenwerking
- Autonoom maar een echte teamspeler die initiatief durft nemen
- Vlot met MS Office en CRM-rapportering
- Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands, Frans en Engels
