Jouw taken
Als Verkoper / Technisch Hersteller sta je in voor een gevarieerd takenpakket:
- Je stelt diagnoses van hardware- en softwareproblemen bij mobiele toestellen.
- Je voert herstellingen uit zoals het vervangen van schermen, batterijen en connectoren.
- Je adviseert klanten over het onderhoud van hun toestellen en helpt hen bij de keuze van accessoires.
- Je zorgt voor een snelle en kwalitatieve service.
- Je helpt mee bij het beheer van de stock en de opvolging van wisselstukken.
Your Profile
Wat verwachten we van jou?
- Je hebt hebt een grote interesse in GSM- of PC-herstellingen.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands
- Ervaring in de herstelling van smartphones of elektronische toestellen is een sterke troef.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
- Je bent klantvriendelijk en communicatief sterk.
- Kennis van merken zoals Apple en Samsung is mooi meegenomen.
- Je bent leergierig en wil meegroeien binnen een sterk groeiend bedrijf.
