Jouw functie
Voor Kuehne+Nagel zijn we op zoek naar een douanedeclarant. In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het correct en tijdig afhandelen van alle douaneformaliteiten voor import-, export- en transitgoederen.
Je ondersteunt zowel klanten als interne afdelingen en zorgt ervoor dat alle zendingen voldoen aan de geldende wetgeving en klantvereisten. Daarnaast geef je advies over douanezaken en bouw je professionele relaties op met douaneautoriteiten.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Correcte en tijdige opvolging van douaneaangiften (import en export)
- Voorbereiden en opvolgen van correcties waar nodig
- Optimaliseren van operationele en administratieve processen binnen de afdeling
- Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met klanten, interne stakeholders en externe partners
- Correct gebruik en toepassing van douanetarieven en goederencodes
- Toezien op naleving van douanewetgeving en -procedures
- Verbeteren en waarborgen van datakwaliteit in systemen en dossiers
Your Profile
Jouw profiel
- Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Sterke kennis van douaneprocessen en Incoterms (ervaring binnen wegtransport is een plus)
- Ervaring met douanesoftware zoals Stream en/of Organi is een troef
- Goede kennis van MS Office
- Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels (extra talen zijn een plus)
- Nauwkeurig, analytisch en oplossingsgericht
- Sterk in communicatie en klantgericht
