About the Job
Als Customer Service Medewerker bij onze klant in Tessenderlo beheer je het volledige orderproces van A tot Z en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je combineert administratieve nauwkeurigheid met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en draagt proactief bij aan een efficiënte supply chain en hoge servicestandaard.
Jouw taken:
- Beheren van het orderproces van A tot Z
- Contact onderhouden met klanten
- Oplossen van vragen en problemen
- Coördineren met interne afdelingen
- Zorgen voor correcte administratie en opvolging
- Rapporteren aan supervisors en team
Your Profile
Jouw profiel:
- Bachelor (bij voorkeur logistiek) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Minstens 1 jaar ervaring in customer service of logistieke functie
- Basiskennis van logistieke processen (inbound, outbound, stockbeheer)
- Vlot met Excel en administratieve tools
- Goede communicatievaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
- Stressbestendig en sterk in prioriteiten stellen
