Over de functie
Als Teamleider Logistiek ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een team binnen onze logistieke operatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle processen vlot en efficiënt verlopen en bent het aanspreekpunt voor je team.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van een logistiek team
- Plannen en coördineren van dagelijkse werkzaamheden in het magazijn
- Toezien op kwaliteit, veiligheid en productiviteit
- Optimaliseren van logistieke processen
- Oplossen van operationele problemen en knelpunten
- Rapporteren aan de operations manager
Your Profile
Jouw profiel
- Ervaring in een logistieke omgeving (magazijn, distributie, supply chain)
- Aantoonbare ervaring in een leidinggevende rol
- Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden
- Probleemoplossend en stressbestendig
- Hands-on mentaliteit en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
- Goede kennis van Nederlands (kennis van Engels)
Education
BSO Beroepsonderwijs 4e graad/A2
