About the Job
Voor onze klant in de regio Genk gaan we via deze vacature op zoek naar een Productieverantwoordelijke in de houtsector die als bediende het team zal aansturen en plannen, maar ook operationeel aan de slag gaat met plannen en opmetingen.
Concreet houdt jouw takenpakket het volgende in:
- Je stuurt de arbeiders in het atelier aan
- Je staat in voor de planning van het team en de werkzaamheden
- Je bereidt de werkzaamheden bij klanten voor qua materialen en plannen
- Je staat mee in voor de calculatie, werfopvolging en opmetingen op de werven
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de zaakvoerder
Your Profile
Voor deze functie als Productieverantwoordelijke doe je dus meer dan enkel het team aansturen, maar fungeer je ook als werkvoorbereider. We mikken daarom op het volgende profiel:
- Je hebt een aantal jaren ervaring in de houtsector (niet ramen en deuren)
- Je hebt ervaring en kennis van interieurbouw en/of meubelmakerij
- Je kan plannen lezen
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands
- Je hebt leidinggevende vaardigheden om een team aan te sturen
- Kennis van (CNC) hout, opdeelmachine en kantenaanlijmmachine is een pluspunt
