About the Job
Om onze verdere groei te ondersteunen zijn we op zoek naar een Business Controller die de financiële werking van de organisatie mee bewaakt en verder professionaliseert.
Finance & Controlling
- Coördineren en bewaken van de financiële werking van de organisatie
- Controleren en analyseren van de maandafsluiting
- Opstellen en opvolgen van budgetten en forecasts in samenwerking met het managementteam
- Analyseren van financiële resultaten en signaleren van afwijkingen
- Uitbouwen van een gestructureerde budget- en rapporteringscyclus
- Optimaliseren en structureren van financiële processen
Business Partner
- Adviseren en challengen van het management bij financiële beslissingen
- Financieel onderbouwen van budgetten en investeringen
- Vertalen van financiële data naar duidelijke en bruikbare managementinformatie
Compliance & Governance
- Opvolgen van relevante regelgeving voor de organisatie
- Signaleren van nieuwe verplichtingen en risico’s (zoals ESG, GDPR en andere regelgeving)
- Mee uitwerken van interne richtlijnen rond compliance en governance
- Toezien op de correcte toepassing van deze afspraken binnen de organisatie
Team & Samenwerking
- Aansturen en ondersteunen van het finance team
- Nauw samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen zoals sales, operations en HR
- Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor financiële vragen binnen de organisatie
Your Profile
- Masterdiploma in een economische of financiële richting
- 5 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen finance, controlling, audit of consulting
- Ervaring met budgettering, forecasting, rapportering en financiële analyses
- Kennis van of interesse in compliance, regelgeving en governance (zoals ESG en GDPR)
- Sterk analytisch inzicht
- Procesmatig en organisatorisch sterk
- Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en durft beslissingen te challengen
