Ben jij een administratief talent met een sterke commerciële flair en een passie voor marketing? Voor een dynamische organisatie zoeken wij een Commercieël Administratief Bediende die houdt van afwisseling, klantencontact en digitale tools.
In deze veelzijdige functie ondersteun je zowel het commerciële als het marketingteam, en zorg je voor een vlotte orderverwerking en een uitstekende klantenservice.
Wat ga je doen als commercieel bediende?
- Opvolgen van offertes en commerciële aanvragen
- Uitwerken van nieuwe marketingacties en promotiecampagnes
- Spotten van commerciële opportuniteiten
- Beheer en optimalisatie van de website, digitale campagnes en SEA/AdWords
- Verbeteren van interne communicatie- en marketingmiddelen
- Uitvoeren van algemene administratieve taken zoals orderverwerking en klantregistratie
Your Profile
Wie zoeken we als administratief bediende?
- Bachelor-diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je bent sterk met pc’s, digitale tools en sociale media
- Je bent een creatieve én administratief sterke multitasker
- Hands-on mindset en je werkt graag zelfstandig
- Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en punctueel
- Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands, Frans en Engels
