Voor deze nieuwe vacature zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Customer Support Medewerker die het aanspreekpunt vormt voor klanten en hen op een professionele en efficiënte manier verder helpt. Voor die sterk groeiende bedrijf met heel wat potentieel ligt een mooie toekomst voor jou klaar.
Jouw takenpakket:
- Behandelen van inkomende telefonische oproepen
- Beantwoorden van e-mails en opvolgen van klantenvragen
- Ondersteunen bij vragen rond leveringen, facturatie en andere administratieve topics
- Correct registreren en verwerken van klantgegevens in het systeem
- Actief meedenken met de klant en zoeken naar passende oplossingen
Your Profile
Om aan de slag te kunnen in deze functie van Customer Support Medewerker zijn er aantal zaken die nodig zijn en waaraan we verwachten dat je voldoet om de belangrijke rol in ons team op te nemen:
- Je beschikt over een eerste ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk)
- Je beschikt over een bachelordenkniveau
- Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig
- Klantgerichtheid zit in je DNA
- Je bent communicatief en probleemoplossend ingesteld
- Je bent gemotiveerd en kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken
