Je werkt in een financiële omgeving die volop in ontwikkeling is. Je combineert boekhouding, controlling en rapportering en helpt mee bouwen aan een moderne, datagedreven manier van werken. Je ondersteunt het management met inzichten die écht het verschil maken.

Jouw taken

  • Je helpt mee aan het opzetten van een slim controlesysteem, zodat financiële en operationele info betrouwbaar en gebruiksvriendelijk wordt.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen van budgetten, forecasts en analyses.
  • Je werkt mee aan de maandafsluiting en zorgt dat de cijfers volledig en juist zijn.
  • Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen, automatisatie en optimalisaties in het ERP-systeem.
  • Je vertaalt cijfers naar duidelijke rapporten, KPI’s en adviezen.
  • Je ondersteunt audits en werkt mee aan ad-hoc analyses of projecten.
  • Je houdt financiële data up-to-date in BI-tools en bereidt rapportering voor de maandelijkse review mee voor.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken iemand die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat en klaar is om mee te bouwen aan een omgeving in volle ontwikkeling.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in een financieel/economisch domein.
  • Je hebt kennis van maandafsluiting en begrijpt de basics van een audit.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen (liefst SAP), BI-tools zoals Power BI, en ervaring in een productieomgeving is een plus.
  • Je werkt hands-on, denkt mee en pakt uitdagingen efficiënt aan.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en professioneel, zowel in het Nederlands als Engels.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, analytisch en kan goed omgaan met deadlines.
  • Je voelt je goed in een omgeving die in opbouw is en waar veel verandert.
