We zijn op zoek voor een bedrijf in Lommel naar een business controller die als rechterhand van de zaakvoerder de uitvoering van bedrijfsplannen managet, de resultaten evalueert en de expertisehoofden uitdaagt.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Verzamelen van informatie over resultaten, processen, producten en diensten en deze vertalen naar strategische en operationele doelstellingen in duidelijke KPI’s in diverse processen
  • Optimaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen om ze zo efficiënt, effectief, digitaal en geautomatiseerd te laten verlopen
  • Nastreven en uitdragen van een correct en efficiënt gebruik van alle systemen om zo tot accurate bedrijfsrapportage te komen
  • Analyseren van data en het opzetten van een constante rapportering met als doel verbeterprocessen te initiëren en fungeren als aanspreekpunt op het gebied van (financiële) procesverbetering
  • Bewaken van het ondernemingsmodel, processen en hun onderlinge samenhang
  • Opstellen en uitvoeren van lange termijnplannen rekening houdend met risicobeheer

Your Profile

We zoeken een professional die scherp kan analyseren en graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt. Iemand die energie haalt uit het omzetten van data in heldere inzichten en daarbij steeds discreet en constructief communiceert.

  • Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma en hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur binnen een economische richting.

  • Kennis van BI – tools is een grote meerwaarde

  • Je bent ondernemend en straalt het nodige zelfvertrouwen uit
  • Je hebt een analytische geest en denkt in systemen en verbanden
  • Je communiceert op een constructieve manier en gaat zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke en persoonlijke informatie
