- Communiceert via telefoon, chat en e-mail
- Voert administratieve taken nauwkeurig uit
- Draagt actief bij aan het optimaliseren van interne processen
Your Profile
- Spreekt en schrijft vloeiend en correct Nederlands, met een goede beheersing van Engels en Frans; kennis van Duits is een plus
- Klantgericht en commercieel ingesteld, met een sterke focus op oplossingen
- Blijft kalm en professioneel, ook bij stressvolle situaties of uitdagende klantvragen
- Heeft een hands-on mentaliteit, neemt initiatief en leert snel nieuwe systemen en tools
- Functioneert goed in teamverband, maar kan ook zelfstandig taken uitvoeren
- Heeft interesse in of affiniteit met e-commerce en de elektronicasector
- Is digitaal vaardig en kan efficiënt multitasken zonder het overzicht te verliezen
