Wat ben jij als Inside Sales Medewerker?
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en volgt bestellingen op.
- Je zorgt voor een correcte registratie van klantgegevens en commerciële afspraken in het ERP-systeem en stemt intern af.
- Je denkt actief mee over klanttevredenheid en signaleert verbeterkansen binnen de salesprocessen.
- Sporadisch neem je deel aan een klant- of beursbezoek ter ondersteuning van de relatie en marktinzichten.
Your Profile

- Je hebt een diploma en enkele jaren ervaring binnen Customer Service of een eerste ervaring binnen saels.
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Je combineert commercieel inzicht met administratieve nauwkeurigheid en werkt graag procesmatig en servicegericht.
- Je kan vlot overweg met ERP systemen, kennis van BC/ Navision is een plus.
