Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Actieve opvolging van offertes en leads
- Dagelijkse ondersteuning van het salesteam
- Bewaken, evalueren en bijsturen van KPI’s, zoals:
- Marges
- Kwaliteit van dossiers
- Aantal demo’s
- Openstaande saldi
- Detecteren van opportuniteiten en knelpunten binnen het verkoopproces
- Bijdragen aan een positieve en motiverende teamsfeer

Jouw profiel
- Tussen de 5 à 10 jaar ervaring in een commerciële of salesgerichte omgeving
- Een natuurlijke, inspirerende leider met charisma
- Sterk commercieel inzicht en een gestructureerde manier van werken
- Je communiceert duidelijk, correct en motiverend
- Tweetaligheid is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste
- Je bent bereid om af en toe op zaterdag te werken
