Als uitbener ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- Het uitbenen van hammen en schouders volgens de kwaliteitsnormen.
- Nauwkeurig en efficiënt werken, met constante aandacht voor voedselveiligheid, hygiëne en traceerbaarheid.
- Samenwerken in een ervaren team waar vakmanschap centraal staat.
Your Profile
Je hebt:
- Ervaring met het versnijden van varkensvlees – dit is een must.
- Een hoge standaard op vlak van kwaliteit, veiligheid en netheid.
- Leergierigheid, vlotheid en het vermogen om in een bepaald tempo te werken.

BSO Beroepsonderwijs 4e graad/A2
