Als operator thermisch spuiter m/v/x, sta je in voor de voorbereiding, instelling en bediening van een thermische spuitinstallatie
- Zandstralen van onderdelen, onderdelen in de machine plaatsen en deze laten coaten
- Plaatsen van de onderdelen in een kist
- Je rapporteert aan de productieverantwoordelijke
- Je werkt aan heel diverse werkstukken (geen seriewerk)
Your Profile
- Je beschikt over een niveau TSO of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Een opleiding mechanische vormgevingstechnieken, werktuigmachines is ideaal.
- Voor schoolverlaters of personen met weinig of geen ervaring voorzien wij een interne opleiding, maar een voorkennis is wel verwacht.
- Je hebt kennis over de verschillende materialen en verspaningstechnieken
- Je kan goed planlezen en je kan technische tekeningen interpreteren (mechanisch inzicht)
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, gedreven en kwaliteitsbewust.
- Je denkt oplossingsgericht, bent leergierig en stressbestendig
- Je kan zelfstandig en in team werken
