Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Je vormt de schakel tussen verschillende afdelingen en zorgt voor een vlotte informatiedoorstroming.
- Je stuurt het team aan, begeleidt hen op de werkvloer en werkt actief mee waar nodig.
- Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van het geleverde werk en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit.
- Je neemt deel aan kern- en teammeetings en denkt mee over verbeteringen.
- Je volgt de planning op en zorgt dat deadlines worden gehaald.
Your Profile
- Je hebt een diploma elektromechanica, schrijnwerkerij of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je bent een handig en hebt technisch inzicht.
- Je hebt leidinggevende capaciteiten en haalt voldoening uit het coachen van een team.
- Je werkt graag in een voltijdse (39u) meewerkende functie (ongeveer 80% meewerken en 20% aansturen)
- Bij voorkeur heb je reeds een eerste ervaring in het aansturen van een team.
