Voor onze klant, gespecialiseerd in reiniging na brand- en waterschade, zijn we op zoek naar een Meewerkend Werfcontroleur.
Als Meewerkend Werfcontroleur bewaak je de vlotte voortgang van verschillende werven.
Concreet sta je in voor:
- Opvolgen van lopende werven (gemiddeld 4 tot 7 per dag)
- Op je laatste werf steek je zelf ook de handen uit de mouwen tot het tijd is om naar kantoor te gaan
- Dagelijkse afstemming met de voormannen
- Signaleren van problemen (bv. schade of niet schoonmaakbaar)
- Correct doorgeven van informatie over de uitgevoerde werken
- Dagelijks rapporteren naar de Projectmanager in Eke
Your Profile
Als Meewerkend Werfcontroleur:
- Heb je reeds een stabiele ervaring in de schoonmaak of bouw achter de rug
- Heb je een rijbewijs B
- Kan je mensen aansturen en motiveren
- Is jouw Nederlands perfect en durf je Frans spreken
- Heb je een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
