Jouw rol als Planner
In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- Planning & Routing: Je stelt nauwkeurig leveringsroutes op en controleert deze, rekening houdend met volume, volgorde en speciale instructies. Je coördineert ook het installatieproces en plant afspraken met klanten en techniekers.
- Klantcontact: Je onderhoudt proactief telefonisch contact met klanten om leveringsdetails te bevestigen en ervoor te zorgen dat de voorbereidingen correct zijn.
- Administratie & Communicatie: Je registreert alle communicatie nauwkeurig in ons FLEX-systeem en zorgt voor efficiënte herplanning indien nodig.
- Samenwerking: Je stelt de juiste teams samen voor installaties en organiseert vervanging indien nodig.

Wie ben jij?
- Ervaring: Je hebt ervaring in dispatching, logistiek of klantendienst.
- Communicatief & Klantgericht: Je bent sterk in communicatie en stelt de klant altijd centraal.
- Nauwkeurig & Gestructureerd: Je werkt met oog voor detail en houdt van een gestructureerde aanpak.
- Digitale Vaardigheden: Je bent bedreven in digitale tools zoals SharePoint en planningssoftware.
- Talenkennis: Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans.
