About the Job
Als magazijnier ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor de verkoop en aflevering van wisselstukken, zowel voor interne als externe klanten.
Je takenpakket omvat:
- Klanten vriendelijk en efficiënt verder helpen, zowel telefonisch, via mail als aan de balie
- Opstellen van offertes en bestekken
- Bestellingen opnemen, verwerken en klaarzetten voor de werkplaats of afhaling
- Correcte administratieve verwerking van bestelbonnen (leveringsbonnen en facturen)
- Actief meedenken en oplossingen zoeken bij problemen
- Dagelijks voorraadbeheer en het aanvullen van het magazijn
- Waken over een hoge klantentevredenheid
- Extra taken bij afwezigheid van receptie: Onthaal van klanten en hun probleem correct noteren op het werkorder + Telefonisch afspraken inplannen en werkorders aanmaken
Your Profile
Wie ben jij?
- Technische kennis via een A2-opleiding automechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je kan vlot met de pc werken
- Grondige kennis van auto- en/of vrachtwagenonderdelen (vereist)
- Gemotiveerd en proactief: je “ziet werk”
- Nauwkeurig en klantgericht
- Je hebt een rijbewijs B
- Talenkennis: Nederlands + basis Engels en Frans
- Heftruck- en/of reachtruckattest: niet verplicht
- Je wilt halftijds werken (20–27 uur per week) - uurrooster overeen te komen met de werkgever
