Unique is op zoek naar logistieke dispatcher. In deze rol neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor zowel de administratieve opvolging als de praktische organisatie op de werkvloer.
Wat ga je doen?
- Inboeken en verwerken van bestellingen en leveringen in het systeem
- Opvolgen van orders van begin tot einde om een correcte en tijdige levering te verzekeren
- Communiceren met klanten over hun bestellingen en eventuele wijzigingen
- Instaan voor de dispatching en opmaken van de nodige transportdocumenten
- Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten binnen het magazijn
- Meewerken aan het efficiënter maken en digitaliseren van administratieve processen
- Zorgen voor een gestructureerde en vlotte logistieke werking
Your Profile
- Je hebt ervaring in een logistieke functie en werkt graag praktisch mee
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Frans
- Je kan goed overweg met computersystemen, waaronder ERP en Excel
- Ervaring met dispatching is een pluspunt
- Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met anderen
- Je bent analytisch, je toont initiatief, je bent nauwkeurig en hands-on
