About the Job
Are you looking for a meaningful job where you contribute daily to improving the lives of patients with life-threatening diseases? As an Operations Expert you will work with a passionate team to develop groundbreaking therapies and make a real difference for patients worldwide.
Your key responsibilities:
- Work daily in a Class A/B/C/D cleanroom environment and maintain the cleanliness of equipment and facilities.
- Produce clinical and commercial ATMPs through aseptic manual processes, including cell isolation, selection, activation, transduction, culture, filling & finishing, and cryopreservation.
- Perform in-process control tests on batch samples, ensuring high standards for cell counts and viability.
- Ensure equipment operates smoothly by following instructions, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs.
- Contribute to process optimization, including the introduction of new products, procedures, and equipment in GMP areas.
- Support the writing and review of SOPs and other production-related documents, and manage raw materials, consumables, and waste.
Your Profile
Who we are looking for:
- You have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Bio-Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork are required.
- Clear communication skills in English with attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude.
- Motivated to learn independently and coach others.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of GMP regulations guidelines is a strong plus.
- Experience with cGMP systems such as PASx, eLIMs, Siemens, and SAP is a plus.
