Job Description:

We are looking for Formwork Carpenters to work on various construction projects. The person in this role will be responsible for assembling and dismantling formwork used to shape concrete structural elements.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation, assembly and dismantling of traditional and system formwork (e.g., Peri, Doka).
• Carrying out reinforcement and formwork according to technical drawings.
• Quality control of completed formwork and ensuring compliance with the project specifications.
• Close cooperation with other team members and the site manager.
• Ensuring workplace safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Your Profile

Requirements:

• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Experience as a formwork carpenter or construction worker, welder, or fitter.
• Communicative knowledge of English, Dutch, or French.
• Ability to work in a team and independently perform assigned tasks.
• VCA certificate is an advantage.
• Category B driving licence.

What We Offer

We Offer:

° Salary depending on qualifications/experience (construction sector): €18.19 – €21.89 per hour
° Additional benefits under a Belgian employment contract (year-end bonus, holiday allowance, etc.).
° Day-shift work schedule.
° Possibility of a permanent contract after completing a trial period through our agency.
