Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze productieplanning vlot en efficiënt wordt afgewerkt – op tijd én volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen.
Als operator ben je een onmisbare schakel in het productieproces:
- ?Bedienen en instellen van productiemachines
- Ombouwen van machines (of hierbij assisteren) binnen de vooropgestelde tijd
- Uitvoeren van in-line controles (zoals Free-Weigh en PIL)
- Omschakelen van producten en spoelen van de vulmachines
- Correct rapporteren van productie, scrap en materiaalproblemen in het systeem
- Zorgen voor nette en goed onderhouden machines
- Opvolgen van de productieplanning en tijdig problemen signaleren
- Stalen nemen en doorgeven aan Quality Control
- ? Mee instaan voor het herwerken van afgekeurde producten
Dit alles doe je met een sterke focus op veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie.
Your Profile
- Een A2-diploma in een technische richting (bij voorkeur mechanica)
- Basisvaardigheden met PC en productiesoftware
- Nauwkeurigheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin
- Je kan zowel zelfstandig werken als goed functioneren in team
- Ervaring als operator
- Zeer goede kennis Nederlands om veiligheidsredenen
