About the Job
Als CNC-programmeur ben jij de schakel tussen ontwerp en productie. Je vertaalt technische tekeningen naar nauwkeurige CNC-programma’s en zorgt ervoor dat onze machines optimaal draaien. Dankzij jouw vakmanschap worden producten tot in de kleinste details correct bewerkt. Je werkt met geavanceerde CNC-machines en programmeert in onder andere Fanuc, Heidenhain of Siemens.
Wat ga je doen?
- Schrijven, aanpassen en optimaliseren van CNC-programma’s voor diverse bewerkingsmachines;
- Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen en specificaties;
- Instellen van machines en uitvoeren van proefbewerkingen;
- Signaleren en oplossen van technische storingen of afwijkingen;
- Continu verbeteren van productieprocessen en cyclustijden;
- Samenwerken met werkvoorbereiders, productiemedewerkers en engineers.
Your Profile
Wat vragen wij?
- Je beschikt over een technische opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van verspaning, werktuigbouwkunde of mechatronica;
- Ervaring met CNC-programmeren (bijv. Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens of vergelijkbaar);
- Goede kennis van verspaningstechnieken en materiaalbewerking;
- Zelfstandig kunnen werken met oog voor kwaliteit en precisie;
- Analytisch en oplossingsgericht denken;

TSO Technisch Secundair Onderwijs/A2
