About the Job
Voor een toonaangevende Belgische producent van hoogwaardige, versierde chocolade lollies zijn we op zoek naar een operator voor de vestiging in Lokeren.
Wat ga jij doen?
Als operator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het vlot laten draaien van het productieproces.
Je taken:
- Instellen en bedienen van productie- en inpakmachines
- Oplossen van kleine storingen en technische problemen
- Controleren van de productielijn en bijsturen waar nodig
- Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en registreren in een digitaal systeem
- Reinigen en onderhouden van machines
- Zorgen voor orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkvloer
- Meedenken over verbeteringen in het productieproces

Wie ben jij?
Wij zoeken een operator die:
- Bij voorkeur ervaring heeft in een gelijkaardige functie
- Technisch inzicht heeft en machines begrijpt
- Rustig blijft onder druk
- Nauwkeurig werkt en oog heeft voor detail
- Goed Nederlands spreekt, leest en begrijpt
- Basis computerkennis heeft (machines worden computer gestuurd)
- Enthousiast en assertief is
- Een interesse heeft in chocolade en productie

What We Offer
Wat mag je verwachten?
- Vast contract van onbepaalde duur
- Voltijdse functie (38u/week) met doorgroeimogelijkheden
- Ploegenstelsel afhankelijk van de periode:
- Drukke periode (mei – feb): 2 ploegen (vroeg/laat)
- Rustige periode (maart – april): dagploeg
- Opleiding en begeleiding op de werkvloer
- Loon tussen €17 en €18 per uur
- Ploegenpremie:
- vroege ploeg: €0,63/u
- late ploeg: €0,71/u
- Maaltijdcheques (€8/dag) na 6 maanden
- Ecocheques (€250/jaar) na 6 maanden
- Hospitalisatieverzekering
- Fietsvergoeding (€0,35/km)
- Gezonde snacks tijdens pauzes
- Na 1 jaar: Lucky Day (extra verlofdag waarop je doet wat je zelf wil)
